Hourly Recruitment:

Charged by the hour and invoiced weekly, we are happy to provide you support for part or all of your recruitment process. Support also includes:

  • Interviewing – face to face and phone
  • Reference Checks
  • Letter of Offer/Employment Agreement
  • Commencement and Induction

Fixed Fee Recruitment:

At LM HR Consulting, we offer an affordable recruitment management process at a fixed fee of $2000 + cost of advertising (if required). Typically, recruitment pricing is charged at a percentage fee of the total salary package and this  amount can quite often be excessive and out of reach for business owners.
